Booking Conditions

The signing of the booking form constitutes acceptance of these conditions by the client.

  1. These Booking Conditions form the sole contract between the owners and the person signing the Booking Form (who must be over 18 years of age). The person signing the Booking Form shall be deemed to be signing on behalf of all members of the party, who agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions.
  2. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the day of departure. If the booking is made 8 weeks or less from the date of departure the full amount is required at the time of booking.
  3. The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due, If the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date, the owners shall have the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the event of cancellation for any reason, deposits and final balances are not refundable.
  4. Should any problem occur with the accommodation during your stay, you must notify Prestige Real Estates immediately.
  5. The client is responsible for and pays all travel arrangements, airline tickets, car rental, medical and travel insurance and any other costs incurred in connection with the holiday. Payment via the Booking Form is for the rental of the apartment only.
  6. The owners are not responsible for any loss of enjoyment or use of the apartment due to travel disruption etc. The owners accept no liability for any accident or injury which occurs during the holiday. It is very important that you have adequate insurance cover.
  7. Time of entry is 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival, and the apartment must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on day of departure due to cleaning requirements.
  8. This contract is subject to the, and shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Cancellation / Refunds

  • Up to 8 weeks prior to departure – no cancellation charge
  • 4 – 8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
  • 2 - 4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
  • Less than 2 weeks – no refund
