Payment is only accepted in GBP unless otherwise agreed in advance with the owner.
Notes to the rental rates
A non returnable deposit of £100 secures your reservation, the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. Please enquire about long term rentals or discount for under occupancy in low or mid seasons.
The apartment will be serviced prior to your arrival and the rental includes all linen and towels (excluding beach towels). For stays of 14 nights or more, a weekly clean and change of linen and towels is included. Please note that a welcome pack, additional maid service, cots & high chairs can be arranged at an additional charge.
In low and mid season, alternative changeover days are available. Booking for part weeks may also be available.
